Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Bella Trips, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations by the Guest
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations Due to Weather or Safety
If a trip is cancelled by Bella Trips due to weather conditions, sea conditions, or safety reasons, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule for another available date.
Changes to Bookings
Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
